This is my 'buzzer management' list of resources that help my #EnjoyingBeing. That means no-frills, just all the good stuff with links to click. Many of them are great for personal growth/development. I'll update it as I find and try new resources. Most important, use the resources listed here to up your level of happiness and live #EnjoyingBeing. They are in no particular order (almost).
Empty head not required. Meditation is so much more than emptying your mind and has increasing scientific proof that it is good for the whole you. If you need help getting started, I recommend the app Headspace.
