A PSYCH-K® session is a simple and effective way for you to change limiting subconscious beliefs that are blocking you from reaching your goals in life. The foundation of many of our actions comes from the subconscious level of mind. The same level of mind that controls our bodily functions. Much of what bubbles up into our consciousness/thinking is the result of lifelong programming/learning. These subconscious beliefs then become our daily actions and experiences, and our daily experiences become our lives.
During a PSYCH-K® session, we will work together to identify and change these subconscious beliefs into beliefs that support your goals and dreams. PSYCH-K® can support you in every area of your life including relationships, money, self-esteem, career, and health.

CORE BELIEF BALANCE
This balance is usually done when a person is ready for deep life change. There are 13 “Core Beliefs” that keep us from tapping our life’s potential fully. This belief change process that prepares the mind/body system for accelerated change.
LIFE BONDING BALANCE
The “trauma of birth” and the “fear of death” are two powerful aspects of humanity. This balance uses breath to re-program the negative impact of these in our lives. By directing the breath back and forth between two power points in the body, you learn to transform stress associated with birth and death.
This balance lets you transform inter-personal issues and understand relationship lessons. It provides a clearer perspective. This is not a "fix" but helps to deepen the understanding between two people.
In the Psych-K process, you are considered the Partner while, the Facilitator is the one who aids the process, does the muscle testing, and holds space for your transformation. That said, you are in charge. You don't need to choose a particular balance. You will define your present situation (problem), and the Facilitator will help you to identify and transform your subconscious beliefs around that situation, using the balance that tests best for you.

What happens during a PSYCH-K® session?
In a PSYCH-K® session, you will define your present situation (problem), and the PSYCH-K® Facilitator will help you to identify and transform subconscious beliefs/programs that are keeping you from reaching your desired outcome. The process is called a Balance, because it creates a balanced identification between the left and right side of the brain, allowing safe and effective access to the subconscious mind to make the desired changes. A Balance uses Kinesiology, or muscle testing, and a few minor physical movements. PSYCH-K® is NOT therapy! You do not need to rehash details of your experiences in order to transform them.
Does PSYCH-K® work as effectively during a remote
(phone or video) session?
Yes, absolutely. PSYCH-K® operates outside of our linear understanding of time and space, so it does not matter if the session is held in person or remotely.
You still have to work.
Psych-K is not magic. Balances create change and a loaded springboard of potential. It is still up to you to take action. You much do the job search. You must move your body. You must take the action steps.
What does the word, PSYCH-K®, mean?
In the context of PSYCH-K®, ‘PSYCH’ is used as a variant spelling of the word psyche, meaning “mind,” “soul,” or “spirit.” The ‘K' stands for "Keys to transformation."
Who discovered PSYCH-K®?
PSYCH-K® originated in 1988 through Robert M. Williams, M.A. Rob received the information that is PSYCH-K® through a divine download, and has since come to understand that the PSYCH-K® processes have been known on earth before in very ancient times. PSYCH-K® has come back to earth as a tool for the evolution of humanity.
